Beyond the Vest: The Full Spectrum of Our PCM Thermal Technology

Created on 05.22
The launch of our PCM hooded vest was only the first step in redefining what smart apparel can deliver. For decades, the global textile industry has been trapped in a one-dimensional approach to temperature control: add more layers for warmth, use lighter fabrics for coolness, and hope the weather stays consistent. Our ThermoPhase PCM technology shatters this outdated model, creating a new standard for adaptive comfort that works across every category of wear, for every body, and in every environment.

  1. Versatile Integration: Two Form Factors, One Unmatched Performance
Unlike niche thermal technologies limited to a single production process, our PCM material is engineered for seamless, large-scale integration into nearly every textile application, with two industry-leading deployment methods:
Surface Coating Technology: Our proprietary micro-encapsulated PCM coating is bonded to the fabric surface at the molecular level, delivering durable, long-lasting thermal performance that resists fading after repeated washes. This method is ideal for high-performance outerwear, technical sportswear, and hard-wearing workwear, where consistent, long-term thermal regulation is non-negotiable.
Fiber Blending Technology: We embed PCM microcapsules directly into the fiber spinning process, creating yarns that deliver soft, next-to-skin comfort without sacrificing thermal function. This form factor is perfect for base layers, casual knitwear, loungewear, and home textiles, where breathability and a natural hand feel are just as important as temperature control.
Both integration methods are precisely calibrated with a core phase change temperature of 28°C and a stable working temperature range of 26°C to 32°C. Regardless of the application, the material delivers reliable, infinite reversible heat absorption and release for consistent and accurate thermal performance.
2. Full Product Line Application, All-Season Adaptive Comfort
Our PCM intelligent temperature control technology is not exclusive to thermal hooded vests. Currently, our core PCM technology has been fully applied to T-shirts, Polo shirts, base layers, casual tops, outdoor jackets and loungewear, covering full-season apparel categories and breaking the traditional seasonal limitations of functional clothing.
Engineered for diverse wearing scenarios, our summer T-shirts and Polo shirts adopt PCM passive cooling technology. When the ambient and skin temperature rises within 28°C–32°C, the PCM transforms from solid to liquid to absorb excess body heat, effectively relieving stuffiness, stickiness and sweating, maintaining dry and comfortable skin feeling throughout hot weather. For autumn and winter essentials including thermal vests, base layers and outdoor outerwear, the PCM layer cooperates with aerogel insulation structure to realize dual-way temperature adjustment. It cools the body during high-exertion movement and locks in heat during static rest, solving the common pain point of overheating while exercising and feeling cold at rest.
All our smart apparel adopts aerospace-grade homologous PCM technology, stably providing 3–5°C effective body temperature regulation. The full-series products adapt to daily leisure, business commuting, fitness sports, outdoor exploration and cold-region work, delivering personalized thermal comfort for different groups and scenarios.
3. Enduring Performance: Built to Outlast Every Wear and Wash
One of the most common flaws in competing thermal fabrics is performance degradation over time. Our PCM material is engineered for infinite, reversible thermal cycling, with no single-use lifespan or performance drop-off. Independent lab testing confirms that even after 50+ commercial wash cycles, the material retains 98% of its original thermal regulation performance.
This long-term durability ensures all PCM-infused garments maintain stable temperature adjustment capacity season after season. The micro-encapsulation technology prevents leakage, migration, or degradation of the PCM core, keeping the material stable under temperature fluctuations, high-sweat conditions, and daily wear and tear.
4. Sustainable, Forward: Thinking Comfort for the Future
Our PCM technology is not just a performance upgrade — it is a more sustainable approach to apparel. By extending the usable temperature range of each garment, it reduces the need for multiple pieces for different seasons, helping consumers build smaller, more versatile wardrobes. The material is free of harmful chemicals, skin-safe for long-term wear, and compatible with mainstream textile production processes, catering to diversified customization demands.
