The system is powered by our intelligent, adjustable power management module, paired with a high-capacity, lightweight rechargeable battery pack. The module supports three precision airflow levels (Low / Medium / High), allowing users to tailor cooling intensity to their environment, activity level, and personal comfort. It also features smart power regulation technology that extends battery life, with up to 8–12 hours of runtime on a single charge at medium power, and up to 4–6 hours on high power — enough to cover a full work shift. The entire power system is engineered with full safety protections, including over-discharge protection, short-circuit protection, and overheat protection, ensuring stable, worry-free operation even during all-day use.

To complement the active airflow system, we have optimized the apparel’s fabric and structural design for maximum cooling efficiency. We use a lightweight, high-tensile, quick-drying polyester fabric that balances breathability, wear resistance, and water repellency, while maintaining a soft, comfortable feel against the skin. The garment’s construction features sealed fan mounting ports, strategically placed air vents, and a tailored fit that creates a structured air chamber between the fabric and the body — this prevents airflow leakage, ensures the circulating air fully wraps around the body, and maximizes the cooling effect. The modular fan design allows for quick, tool-free removal, making the garments fully machine washable without damaging the electronic components, for long-term, repeated use.
